Went to Cellaris location on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta GA to get battery replaced in an Ipad that losing its charge quickly. Called and got quote and asked what process was and they indicated the battery was not in stock and had to be ordered.
Went in location to pay for battery as they indicated it would be a few days. This is my 94 year old Aunts form of entertainment so I kept the Ipad as it was functional and planned to drop off at a later time. When dropping off the Ipad, they asked if I knew the passcode and I offered to call and get - they responded "that's OK" indicating it was not needed. They asked then if I was aware the screen would have to be removed to replace the battery and if cracked during this process I would be responsible.
It would have been nice to have this information before I paid for the service earlier, but I rolled the dice. Received call a couple days later that the Ipad was ready and went in to pick the unit up- no cracked screen! Dropped Ipad off with Aunt only to find out screen was not working as the screen had dead spots. OK - it happens...Right, just take back and they can look at?
Took unit back and they said any repairs were on me. I indicated the risk explained to me was around screen cracking during screen removal. I asked for the manager and he preceded to lecture me with an attitude on how this could have been an existing issue with the unit. Really?
This is where this is going? I then inquired to ask what the protocol was when a device is brought in and how they test the unit. Manager opened up his magic white binder to let me know unit was DOA when brought in. I asked why would you have not plugged it in as it was only a battery issue?
Manager responded that it was DOA did not have the code therefore testing was not done.
3 visits to location and receive 3 different stories as far as what the risks were around the battery installation and the screen.
Basically any issue past the initial fix is on the customer and everything becomes my word against their word situation. I have socks older than the people - Zero customer service and focus on the customer.

My opinion of them
I changed from an i-phone 5s to an i phone 7 plus that my granddaughter had given me. I had learned a lot from my i-phone 5s, but this 7-plus has a lot more things on it.
When my granddaughter changed my phone over to hers i-phone 7 plus it was working fine.The reason I took my i-phone to Cellairis was because the ringtone was very low. I knew how to check the volume from the button on the left-hand side. I knew how to go to the setting and check the sound there. Took it to the Gadsden Mall and the lady that worked there said it sounded like the bottom speaker was going out, but she wouldn't know until she checked out the phone.
I went ahead and ordered a new bottom speaker, 40 bucks, and I ordered a case, 30 bucks. I said 70 bucks right, she said yes. She received the speaker and put it in my phone, and when I picked it up, she said, it still didn't fix the problem, then said she talked to her advisor, and he said it sound like something was going out on the mother board, and she would have to send it off. I asked, how much will it cost, she didn't know.
But I would have to pay for it being shipped and shipping back. She did only charge me 65.00 total since the speaker didn't fix the problem. My husband read hints on the computer, and get this, he went to settings and click on accessibility, then stroll down and clicked on Audio &;;;;; Visual, then stroll down to headphone notifications, and you'll find the bar. He put it on 50/50 which made the sound come out of both speakers.
I was upset, because surely someone working on cell phones as a job, and does it a lots had to have known to check for this. I asked her surely you checked the settings, she said, I tried, but I couldn't fine anything. Sorry, i don't believe this, I believe she exactly what was wrong with my phone. Just wanted the money.
And really, I really don't know if she put a new speaker in my phone or not.
Since there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. I'll never used them again, that's for sure.
and the lady there at Cellairs ta talking,and it's stil way.
Watch broken
They repaired the screen but did not seal properly. Used watch for one day, went to beach and took shower.
They Failed to tell me the customer that watch is no longer waterproof.
Brought watch back, and they told me the watch has water damage. I requested to get money back since workmanship was not properly done!
